How To Make The Infamous Pot Brownie

By Luna / December 11, 2017

Pot brownies, marijuana brownies, and special brownies are the most common form of edibles you will most likely come across. I am sure at some point in your life you have made regular brownies.  You do not have to be a world renowned chef to take a whack at baking brownies. So with that point let us get started on how to make the infamous pot brownie.

Let’s Begin With The Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of cannabutter (softened) (which has about 3.5 grams of weed)
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 ounces of semisweet chocolate (Melted)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup of vegetable shortening

  1. First preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Then take all of your dry ingredients into a large bowl and mix well
  3. Then add your  eggs, chocolate, and vegetable shortening.  Start mixing all of the ingredients together.
  4. Once all mixed add your cannabutter into the brownie mix.  You are going to want to use a spatula to help fold it in.
  5. When it’s all got a thick even consistency you can grease a 9″ x 7″ pan. Take the brownie mix and evenly spread in the pan.
  6. Now you can place in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
  7. When done remove the brownies fro the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Final Product!

Now that the brownies have cooled you can take a 1″ x 1″ portion.  This amount will have about 30 milligrams of THC.  This is a decent does for avid pot smokers.  If you are a beginner be sure to lower the amount of cannabutter used.  You can opt for using 1/4 cup of cannabutter and 1/4 cup of regular butter.
